The
Worst Obama Failure |

SANTA FE, NM (By

June, 2012 ― The
worst Obama failure will be the dismal Federal
argument to defeat the Arizona Immigration Law at
the Supreme Court. The poorly prepared argument
given by Obama's U.S. Solicitor General failed to
affirm the simple humanity of America's eleven
million undocumented residents.
This article will be published simultaneously as the
Supreme Court announces it's decision! |

SANTA FE, NM (By Jon Garrido, The Jon Garrido Network) March 1, 2012 ― The United States has two very different immigration policies for Hispanic immigrants. Cubans have an expedited process for residency using the "Welcome to America" immigration policy. Mexicans, Central and South Americans have a "No Admittance to America" immigration policy that treats Mexicans, Central and South Americans with distain as if they had leprosy. The United States uses both policies for Hispanics yet the two immigration policies are polar opposite of each other. Why are there two very different policies? |

SANTA FE, NM (By

January
28, 2012 ―
On December 12, 2011, the United States Supreme Court agreed to decide the
constitutionality of Arizona’s S.B. 1070. Justice Elena Kagan, who served as
Solicitor General when the Arizona law was challenged in the lower courts, will
abstain from ruling. The loss of Kagan significantly increases the probability
of an affirmative vote to uphold Arizona S.B. 1070 making Arizona S.B. 1070 the
law of the land. With this forthcoming United States
Supreme Court ruling, Immigration Reform becomes crucial to the welfare
and future growth of the Hispanic community in America. We all know
Obama is a gigantic failure to obtain Immigration Reform. We all know
Obama has deported 1,200,000 Hispanics and lied when he said he had no
choice. If Obama is
re-elected,
Immigration
Reform will
never be
achieved and
another
3,000,000
Hispanics
will be
deported.
